 With Autumn now upon us, we've decided that the time's right to experiment a little with our Publicity and Marketing! We've been asked on numerous occasions to consider providing downloadable versions of our designs & fliers that your Parishes, Schools, Groups etc can use to help publicise the stores and our products. Catholics With Attitude has found itself at the centre of a media whirlwind over the past week.
The site has featured in a whole range of news articles, broadcasts and publications, and of course, the blogs and forums of the internet have had much to contribute too. Many of the articles have styled us as being Unofficial / Semi-Official Merchandisers for the Papal Trip, or, have even gone so far as to pit us as some sort of competition to the Official Papal Visit store. We have also learned that some reports suggest we are engaged in some sort of T-shirt war with groups protesting the Papal Visit. Here is the truth. Catholics With Attitude continues to do today what it has done since its inception - make T-shirts for Catholics. The themes of our clothing reflect Catholic Spirituality, The Saints, The Sacraments, Our God and, his Church, in a devout yet contemporary manner. We are now in our 4th year of trading, so to say that we have been set up to compete with the Church's Official store is wholly inaccurate. We would strongly encourage Catholics of the British Isles (and their Friends) to visit and buy from the Official Store. It is Catholics With Attitude's view that the Holy Father's visit is a great cause and should be support by our prayers, and, sustained by our contributions.
