Samples Policy

At Catholics With Attitude we receive numerous approaches from prospective suppliers, manufacturers, and
fulfilment agents wishing to do business with us.

While we appreciate the interest, we ask that the following terms and conditions be understood regarding
the giving and receipt of product samples:

  1. Postage Costs and Import/Export Taxes: The sender assumes full responsibility for all postage costs, including any applicable import or export taxes, duties, or fees associated with delivering any garment samples to us. The sender is required to conduct adequate due diligence regarding these costs before shipping samples from their country of origin to the UK.
  2. No Contractual Obligation: Accepting a garment sample does not constitute an agreement or contract between us and the sender. It should not be inferred or assumed that we are entering into a business relationship or any other form of obligation by receiving the sample.
  3. Non-returnable Samples: All garment samples received are considered the property of Catholics With Attitude and cannot, and will not, be returned under any circumstances.
  4. Intellectual Property Rights: We retain all rights / permissions to the intellectual property associated with any artwork, designs, or branding. The sender should not assume any right to use our artwork or designs for any purpose other than to create the sample for our evaluation. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
  5. Sample Use: Garment samples are strictly for evaluation purposes and will not be resold or used for any commercial purpose other than the potential consideration of future business.
  6. Liability: The sender assumes all responsibility for any damage, loss, or liability related to the garment sample during transit. We are not liable for any issues that may arise with the sample, including but not limited to damage, quality concerns, or any other claims.
  7. Response to Samples: Due to the volume of sample submissions we receive, we may not respond to each sender individually, unless we wish to follow up regarding a potential business relationship.
  8. Agreement to Terms: By creating and sending us a garment sample, the sender agrees to comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
